Shipping Rates and Delivery

Following credit card authorization and confirmation, orders will be shipped out within one business day, not including holidays and weekends. We ship via UPS within the United States.

Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your product and your shipping address. Shipping options include:

We offer our customers in New York City the option of Same Day Delivery for $25. Orders must be placed by 2 pm to be delivered the same day by 6 pm.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is only charged for New Jersey residents.

Returns and Exchanges

Jessie James accepts returns and exchanges on items within fourteen days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on items that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached) with their original receipt. We reserve the right to reject any package that does not meet our guidelines. We do not accept returns and exchanges on items that are final sale.

In order to make a return, please follow these procedures

  1. Contact us via email at returns@shopjessiejames.com within seven days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include an explanation of your return or exchange. All communication must include an order number and a style number for reference.
  2. Once the return or exchange is approved you will receive your RA# via email.
  3. Send the return or exchange with the RA# clearly written on the outside of your package to:

  5. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within seven days of receiving your RA# and shipped via a major delivery service with tracking and insurance. Accepted major delivery services include Federal Express, UPS, and United States Postal Service. Email tracking information to returns@shopjessiejames.com.
  6. Once we receive your return or exchange, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are returning an item, your original method of payment will be reimbursed within seven business days. If you are exchanging an item, the replacement will be mailed out, if available, via the original shipping specifications.
  7. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on items with their original receipt that still have their original tags attached and have not been worn, altered, or washed. We reserve the right to reject any packages at the senderÕs expense that do not meet the above stipulations.
